Have your doctor’s requisition and your health insurance (RAMQ) card handy.
OPOSITIVE takes payment in advance. If some charges need to be added (e.g., for additional tests during the visit, etc.), we will charge your card or request an e-transfer.
Prepayment by credit card or e-transfer.
If you must cancel your appointment, you must call at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, OPOSITIVE will keep the prepayment for your visit and you will then need to make another appointment.
